Unscripted Stories
Where storytelling meets improv.
Join us for an evening of spontaneous story creation. From collaborative tales to random words stories, this fully-facilitated program is sure to be full of fun and laughter. Bring your imagination, listening skills, and willingness to go with the flow.
Free and open to the public. Limited seating. Donations during the events will go to facilitator Patt (Patricia) Gilmore.
Patt Gilmore is a graduate of the Commercial Actor’s Studio in Los Angeles with a background in Improvisational Theater.

The smallest “ghosts and goblins” take to the street to trick or treat up and down Main Street collecting goodies from local downtown businesses.
Day in the Park
The Early Learning Coalition of Lake County (ELCLC) hosts an event for upcoming pre-school students to participate in a variety of fun activities! The Leesburg Arts Center will be represented with a tent and provide an arts activity for the students to come by and engage in.

Come and share 2 pages of your favorite book by reading aloud to others - who likewise have a favorite book to share. Musicians are invited to share 1 song, either original or artistic interpretations of covers. Reading aloud is a basic way for society to pass along the lore of its community, and to socialize the next generation. It transcends generational differences and offers public speaking experience with great personal benefits.
*When selecting your book/song, keep in mind that children may be present.
