6 Week Series at Leesburg Center for the Arts encouraging creative expression using Mindfulness and Yogic practices! Each session will run from 2pm-4pm, weekly, beginning the last Saturday in May and going to the end of June.
We will be making individual and collective art throughout the series as we learn how to build an at home Yoga & Mindfulness practice. We will be drawing and painting to express ourselves.
Students will be provided with handouts/pdfs summarizing each session’s activities so that the learning is taken out of the workshop and into daily life. These workshops will give you essential foundations to build your own unique Yoga and Mindfulness practice with the view of using it to enhance your creativity. Enjoy making Art with Mindfulness and take your creative muscle to the next level.

Course is taught By Kelly Ann Reagan NASM CPT, YA RYT
Kelly Ann is a dynamic teacher familiar with many styles of Yoga. She enjoys teaching Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and a sprinkle of Vinyasa. In addition to her education in Alignment Yoga at Yoga University Florida she is also an active Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She enjoys working with students to help them develop a long-lasting, healthy practice specific to their individual needs and taste.
After many years of practicing Yoga she began painting last year. Her Yoga practice gave her the confidence and drive to pursue a new direction full of color and creativity which enhances the quality of her life in numerous ways.
