Learn Belly Dance with Zuza

Learn the basic steps of traditional Egyptian cabaret belly dance.
*Wear loose fitting clothes and a desire to smile.
*All ages and fitness levels welcome $10 per class.

Basics you will learn:
proper stance and muscle isolation
head slides
shoulder pushes and shimmies
chest: circles, lifts
arms: snake, arabic hands, framing
abdomen: undulations, camel, isolations, rolls
hip: circles, lifts, drops, shimmies, snake hips and mayas
transitions: walk, shimmy, turns
combinations: how to put moves together to accept your body type
Advanced when ready:
Veil, zils, sword, cane, costuming, stage presence
