ARTIST’S WAY- 13 WEEK WORKSHOP SERIES BEGINNING JANUARY 28TH
$30 FOR THE SERIES - 7 PM - 9 PM
Designed by the seminal authority on discovery and recovering your amazing creativity, Julia Cameron. The group will meet weekly and learn how to unleash their inner creative. The class ends with a celebration of creativity opening artist reception and a month long exhibition at the LCFA gallery. Class registration is $30 per person LIMITED SPACE!
ADULT SEWING - ONE TIME CLASS - JANUARY 29TH
$25 NON-MEMBERS / $25 MEMBERS
Having fun with sewing! Getting to know your sewing machine and learn to sew on a machine. The class will go over some importants parts of sewing; patterns, materials, needles, etc. How about making this a mom and daughter time (8yrs up)?
List of supplies: Scissors (one that have only been used for fabric) Measuring tape 1 yard of cotton material (or recycle and old garment for material) Thread (white or to match material) Straight pins (ones with beaded tops)
These drop-in workshops are offered in the second week of the month for the winter session.
Please bring cash to pay the instructors.

Delve into the fantasy world of Altered Book Design with artist Margaret Everson. Learn how to choose the correct book to adapt, how to modify the pages and create your own whimsical work of art.
The Little BIG Print is a 6-week process that starts January 21st with a HOW-TO Carving Workshop presented by instructor Jennifer Harper and concludes on March 9th with printing your carving using a Steamroller i.e. the Little BIG Print Steamroller event. Experience the process of BIG print by carving your own 2’x3x or 2’x2’ plate then printing your carving on paper and fabric with a steamroller.
